What to expect on cost. Inter-island medical companion care starts at $1,250, and Hawaiʻi to mainland starts at $4,250. Pricing may vary based on the client’s needs, level of care, and travel arrangements — you’ll get a clear quote before anything is booked.
Please plan ahead. Advance notice is strongly preferred, since travel coordination may involve the patient’s healthcare team, the airline, equipment providers, transportation, and the receiving facility or caregiver.
